GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1. \u202fDETAILS OF THE PROMOTER<\/h2>

Within the LAST TOUR group, there are multiple companies that may serve as the promoter for each event. These companies will be indicated in each case in the corresponding ticket sales process and will be identified as such on the ticket itself and\/or when making the purchase (hereinafter they shall be referred to as \u201cthe company\u201d or \u201cthe organization\u201d).<\/p>

Tickets shall be deemed to have been sold at\u202fthe registered office of the company. Buying the ticket means accepting these general terms and conditions\u202f(notwithstanding others that may be applicable if the ticket is bought through another platform and\/or payment gateway owned by an entity other than the company and\/or using any other method or mechanism).<\/p>

2. \u202fACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/h2>

By acquiring and\/or holding the tickets, users agree these general terms and conditions\u202fin full.<\/p>

3. ADMISSION\u202fTO THE VENUE<\/h2>

3.1.<\/b>\u202f Admission\u202fto the venue\u202frequires the exhibition of the\u202fticket or pass, which shall be scanned\u202ffor verification purposes. Tickets or coupons can be exchanged for a bracelet, card or another mechanism, method or system of\u202fadmission.\u202fA ticket and ID (or equivalent identity document) must be showed to be handed the system of admission.\u202fOnly one system of admission is given to each person. This mechanism shall not be handed over under any circumstances without being placed on the user\u2019s wrist by the staff of the organisation.<\/p>

Admission\u202fto the\u202ffestival\u202fshall solely take place after reading the ticket or pass and\/or displaying the corresponding system\u202fof admission.<\/p>

When the venue is accessed, the ticket or system\u202fof admission\u202fshall be\u202fshown\u202ftogether with ID (or an equivalent identity document).\u202fThis document must also be\u202fshown, if requested, inside the event venue by the organiser or by the security staff of the above.<\/p>

The ticket, pass and\/or the\u202fsystem of admission\u202fmust be kept in perfect conditions, with no deterioration, to allow admission\u202fto the venue. Additionally if at any time during the event it is found that a user does not have the ticket, pass and\/or\u202fsystem of admission, security staff may ask this user to prove the\u202fsystem of admission\u202femployed. If the user fails to do so, and\/or the\u202fsystem of admission\u202fis not valid and\/or correct, s\/he may be removed from the venue.<\/p>

Tickets and\/or entry systems are personal and non-transferable.<\/p>

Where applicable, information shall be provided on the locations and times\u202ffor the exchange of the tickets and\u202fpasses for the corresponding\u202fsystem of admission, via the website, social networks and\/or the usual communication methods associated to the event. The same means of communication will be used to inform the public about venues and entry timetables.<\/p>

Entry to the venue will not be allowed after the time determined for each specific event. Once this time has passed, no further entry will be permitted.<\/p>

No access to the venue shall be permitted after\u202f3:00\u202fAM\u202for following the time established for each specific event. After this time, no new admissions shall be permitted and any exits shall be without re-admission into the venue if this is after the time stated.<\/p>

3.2.<\/b>\u202f Notwithstanding the above, if any cashless payment methods are used, whether or not these are linked to the\u202fadmission\u202fand\/or payment system, they must be kept (together with any associated data and information) for the return of the corresponding amounts, where applicable.<\/p>

3.3.<\/b>\u202fAdmission rights are reserved and in the following cases users will be refused\u202fadmission\u202fto or removed from the venue:<\/p>

  • If the user\u202fis not bearing an\u202fadmission\u202fsystem.<\/li>
  • If the\u202fadmission\u202fsystem is incomplete, altered, damaged, deteriorated, broken and\/or appears to be false.<\/li>
  • If the\u202fuser\u202fengages in violent or disruptive behaviour\u202for\u202fbehaviour publicly inciting hate\u202for violence, or discrimination due to birth, race, gender, religion, opinion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other condition or social and\/or personal circumstances and, in particular, ticket bearers behaving aggressively, violently, disruptively and\/or causing disturbances inside the venue, carrying weapons, or objects which can be used as such, and any persons wearing clothes, objects and\/or symbols inciting\u202fviolence or\u202fencouraging activities contrary to fundamental rights recognised in the law and the Constitution.<\/li>
  • If the user appears to be drunk, intoxicated (apparently or potentially),\u202fand\/or appears to be using or has used drugs and\/or narcotic substances.<\/li>
  • Exercising the right to admission shall not, under any circumstances, involve a refusal of admittance due to birth, gender, religion, opinion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, and\/or any other circumstance or personal or social conditions.<\/li>
  • Where it can be reasonably presumed that a situation of risk or danger is going to arise for the user itself or for other persons attending.<\/li>
  • Admittance can be denied or any users can be removed from the venue, in the case of non-compliance with the instructions of the staff of the organisation, and of the persons responsible for the control, surveillance and security at the event.<\/li>
  • Where there is a violation of the demands and requirements for\u202fthe\u202fadmission\u202fof minors.<\/li><\/ul>

    3.4.\u00a0<\/b>\u202fUpon entering the venue, the audience may be searched according to the Law. Access with objects that can be considered dangerous by persons in charge of access control and security of the event or prohibited under current regulations in force is not permitted.<\/p>

    For security reasons,\u202fadmission to the venue with motorbike helmets, suitcases, bags and\/or large backpacks is not permitted. Admission with smaller bags will be allowed, including handbags and small backpacks (notwithstanding\u202fthat these items can be examined or checked, as provided under the foregoing paragraph). Other\u202finstances of\u202fobjects\u202fthat cannot be\u202ftaken\u202finto the venue\u202finclude:\u202fbottles, tins, laser pointers, professional photography or video devices, drones and\/or weapons of any description.<\/p>

    3.5.\u00a0<\/b>\u202fAdmission to the venue with food and\/or drink from outside is not permitted. However, users with special needs, for health or similar reasons, must justify this in advance to the organisation for it to provide the corresponding instructions.<\/p>

    3.7.\u00a0 For security reasons, upon leaving or abandoning the venue, the user will not be able to access the venue again.<\/p>

    3.8.<\/b>\u202f In any case, users are personally liable for their own actions and the consequences that could arise out of the above.<\/p>

    4. \u202fGENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION<\/h2>

    Tickets must be purchased by means of media outlets, channels, platforms and\/or systems indicated by the company.<\/p>

    In high-demand events, the company reserves the right not to show the seating plan. In such cases, by selecting the sector and completing and confirming the purchase, users must accept the seats assigned to them in the purchase process.<\/p>

    Buying a ticket involves accepting the following conditions:<\/p>

    4.1.<\/b>\u202f Once the ticket is bought, its amount shall solely be exchanged or cancelled if the event is cancelled. In other cases, no returns shall be accepted (including payments in instalments).<\/p>

    If the event is cancelled, customers can request reimbursement within a term of no more than 15 calendar days from the date\u202fcancellation is\u202fpublicly\u202fcommunicated,\u202fas\u202fspecified. For these purposes, cancellation is regarded as the suspension of more than half of the programme, including cancellation before the event and once the event has started.<\/p>

    The organisation shall not return the distribution costs that may be charged by sales channels, given the fact that the organisation is not, under any circumstances, the provider of the service sold through the sales channel or the recipient of this amount.<\/p>

    The\u202famount\u202fof the ticket shall not be returned if\u202fthe event is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, closures of the Spanish airspace or other force majeure scenarios or similar reasons.<\/p>

    4.2.<\/b>\u202f The organisation reserves the right to change or modify the programme (including its contents\u202fand order).<\/p>

    4.3.<\/b>\u202f The organisation does not guarantee the authenticity of the ticket if it has not been acquired at official points of sale. The organisers of the festival shall not be held responsible if a ticket is lost or stolen. The ticket must be kept by the user until the day of the event. The beneficiary of the ticket or person in whose name the ticket is customised undertakes all responsibility if\u202fany\u202fduplicates, photocopies and\/or falsifications of their tickets are presented, and they shall lose all rights\u202fto\u202fadmission\u202fto the event\u202fafforded by\u202fthe ticket.\u202fOnly the first ticket presented shall be valid, following\u202fits code is verified. Any other tickers with the same code presented afterwards shall be fully null and void.<\/p>

    4.4.<\/b>\u202f Ticket resales are not permitted.<\/p>

    4.5.<\/b>\u202f Holding the corresponding ticket and\/or\u202fsystem of admission\u202fdoes not entitle the user, its holder and\/or third parties to use such ticket and\/or its content for advertising, marketing or promotional reasons (including competitions, gifts and\/or draws).<\/p>

    4.6.\u00a0<\/strong>The company reserves the right to modify the nomenclature corresponding to the ticket location and\/or user.<\/p>

    For events not promoted by the company, the rules laid down by the promoter\/organiser of the corresponding event shall prevail, and such party shall be the sole holder of the rights and responsibilities of\u202fany\u202fsuch event.<\/p>

    5.\u202f MINORS<\/h2>

    5.1.<\/strong>\u00a0In general, minors under 16 years of age will not be allowed access to the venue, unless accompanied by their parents, guardians or other legally responsible persons.<\/p>

    In case the person accompanying the minor is neither their parent nor guardian, they must provide proof of authorization, alongside the corresponding documentation that proves the relationship between the authorized person and the minor (ID card, family book or an equivalent legal document that proves the relationship). This documentation must be presented upon accessing the venue with the minor, and can be asked for at any point when inside the premises.<\/p>

    Foreign nationals must provide the appropriate\u202fequivalent\u202fdocuments from\u202ftheir source country.<\/p>

    If the companion is not the father, the mother, the guardian or the legal representative of the minor, a signed authorisation must be presented by the father, the mother, the guardian or the legal representative, together with a copy of the ID of the father, the mother, the guardian or the legal representative and the family record book.<\/p>

    Persons aged over 16 and under 18 can be admitted after their parents, guardians or legal\u202fcustodians sign the\u202frelevant\u202fauthorisation,\u202ffilling out\u202fthe form provided\u202fabove.<\/p>

    While they are at the venue, the parents or legal guardians shall be responsible for any actions of the minor concerned, and any consequences ensuing.\u202fMeanwhile, the father, mother or legal\u202fguardian must sign an exemption from liability document, whereby s\/he takes responsibility for the minor while s\/he is within the venue.<\/p>

    5.2.\u00a0<\/b>\u202fIn addition to the corresponding documents, the parents or legal guardians, and the minor, must have\u202fbought\u202fthe\u202frelevant\u202fticket and\u202fhold\u202fa\u202fvalid\u202fsystem of admission.<\/p>

    Notwithstanding the provisions\u202fset forth in\u202fthe paragraphs\u202fabove, minors of the age provided for each specific event can access the event\/venue free of charge.<\/p>

    5.3.<\/b>\u202f Current laws in force expressly prohibit the sale of alcohol and\u202fcigarettes\u202fto persons under the age of 18, and this means that persons under such age will not be able to buy alcohol or\u202fcigarettes. Minors must carry their ID at all times.<\/p>

    5.4.<\/b>\u202f The failure to comply with the requirements provided above shall\u202flead to the\u202fremoval from the venue with no entitlement to any reimbursement of the price paid for the ticket.<\/p>

    6. IMAGE\u202fRIGHTS<\/h2>

    Pursuant to the provisions set out under\u202fLey\u202fOrg\u00e1nica\u202f1\/1982, de 5 de mayo,\u202fsobre\u202fprotecci\u00f3n\u202fcivil del\u202fderecho\u202fal\u202fhonor, a la\u202fintimidad\u202fpersonal y familiar y a la\u202fpropia\u202fimagen,\u202f[Organic Law 1\/1982, of 5 May, on civil protection of the right to honour, personal and family privacy and self-image]\u202fyou are informed that\u202fthe admission\u202fto the venue and attendance to the event\u202finvolves the express consent and authorisation to capture, reproduce, distribute and publish your image, including promotional, advertising and\/or commercial ends, using any method, including electronic ones. Participants assign the rights to their own image,\u202fdue to their attendance to the event, permitting the recording of\u202faudio-visual materials on any media (including electronic media) and\u202fthe\u202fuse, exploitation and dissemination of the above using any\u202fimage and sound\u202ftechnical reproduction\u202fprocedure\u202for system of exploitation. This assignment\u202fis made\u202fto the promoter and to the companies of the LAST TOUR group and to the authorised media and press at the event, and\u202fit\u202fis free of charge and has no time or territory limit whatsoever.<\/p>

    7.\u202f BAN ON TAKING PHOTOGRAPHS, FILMING AND RECORDING<\/h2>

    All image rights and intellectual and industrial property rights\u202frelating to the contents of the event are\u202freserved, as are those of the participants and parties attending it.<\/p>

    Save as expressly authorised,\u202fyou cannot take\u202fphotographs, film and\/or\u202frecord\u202faudio-visual recordings inside the venue and\/or\u202fof\u202fthe contents of the\u202fevent, its participants and the persons attending.<\/p>

    Furthermore, the exploitation of any possible photographs, filming or audio-visual recordings inside the venue and\/or of the contents\u202fof the event, including the list of participants and persons attending\u202fit,\u202fis prohibited.<\/p>

    8. \u202fINTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY<\/h2>

    The entire contents and elements comprising admission, the\u202fadmission\u202fsystem and any documents and\/or elements\u202fgiven before\u202fthe\u202fabove are handed over,\u202for which are required\u202ffor their\u202facquisition, and\/or associated to the above (including texts and the graphical elements associated to it\u202f-design, source code, brands, logotypes, photographs, buttons, colour combinations and, in general, any elements comprising a novel intellectual creation- as well as their presentation, structure, organisation,\u202flayout and assembly)\u202fare exclusively held by or licensed to the holder and are protected by\u202fReal\u202fDecreto\u202fLegislativo\u202f1\/1996, de 12 de\u202fabril, por el que se\u202faprueba\u202fel\u202ftexto\u202frefundido\u202fde la Ley de\u202fPropiedad\u202fIntelectual.\u202f[Royal Legislative Decree 1\/1996, of 12 April, approving the redrafted text of the Intellectual Property Law].
